Working Student - Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our Digital Solutions & Requirements team in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or completely remote (based in Germany). 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. • Supporting the Digital Solutions team in the preparation of make or buy decisions from the start to the implementation

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify the best scalable solutions

• Researching software solutions and comparing them based on the derived requirements

• Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the existing system landscape in Germany and abroad

• Preparing meetings, slide decks and data analyses (business case, user adoption) 

• You are enrolled at a university and can contribute 20 hours per week

• You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies

• You are experienced in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and have preferably already worked with Google, Miro and/or Notion

• You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders 

• You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team 

• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with various topics and are willing to own your own projects

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

• You are part of a dynamic team with people who prove every day that they can make things happen and move companies forward with great positive impact

• You move in flat hierarchies and have short decision-making paths. You can learn a lot quickly and get involved at different levels

• You will be welcomed by a friendly and familiar team
