Tasks

Your Responsibilities

Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers
Ensure long-term technical health, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions
Implement engineering best practices and ensure technical integrity
Foster the development and growth of team members
Identify and remove blockers while resolving conflicts within the team
Support the Product Manager in creating, estimating, and executing Epics and User Stories
Monthly team meetings in person

Requirements

Your Profile

2+ years of experience leading a team of at least three software engineers
Experience in developing and maintaining production-ready software solutions
Strong proficiency in Angular
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide and receive direct feedback with empathy
Fluency in English (company language); German is a nice-to-have
