As Growth Product Manager at 7NXT Health Group, you drive subscriber growth across all our brands. You find the problems behind our key metrics, test your way to solutions, and make sure what we learn in one brand helps the others. Your focus spans the subscriber lifecycle — with the emphasis on its two ends: acquisition and retention.
You work in close collaboration with Marketing to bring the right people in and find the right offers to keep them: a lot of testing on pricing, offers, landing pages and cancellation flows. This is a mid-level role with real ownership in a fast-moving environment.
You own the experimentation roadmap, from metric to hypothesis to shipped test and clear result
You partner closely with Marketing and CRM on funnels, landing pages and campaigns, and own the testing of pricing and offers
You share what works across the group, so a win in one brand becomes a test in another
Experimentation and growth mindset. You turn a metric into customer problems and sharp hypotheses, run sound A/B tests, and build a roadmap around what will move the number.
Data and customer insight. You do your own analysis, from funnels to test read-outs, and combine it with research and interviews to find the real problem.
Hands-on attitude, comfortable using AI. You build and launch things yourself — landing pages, tests and prototypes — and use AI to automate your workflows.
Ownership. You own outcomes end to end and step in beyond your scope when the team needs it.
Communication and structure. You align Marketing, design, engineering and leadership around evidence, and document learnings so the whole group can use them.

A marketing background, or experience working closely inside a marketing team
Experience in a subscription business: trials, paywalls, pricing, churn and LTV dynamics

Experience in a scale-up or PE-backed environment
German language skills
