Tasks
- Develop and scale our platform: Take ownership of both frontend and backend development to create robust, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Craft seamless user experiences: Design and implement intuitive and accessible UIs while ensuring smooth and secure backend functionalities.
- Integrate cutting-edge features: Build and optimize new functionalities across the entire tech stack while maintaining performance and consistency.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to align technical execution with business goals and user needs.
- Continuously improve: Refine performance, scalability, and security through iterative development and technical innovation.
Requirements
- Execution mindset: You prioritize impact, finding the fastest and most effective solutions with or without code.
- 4+ years of experience: Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Next.js and Nest.js.
- Full Stack expertise: Proficient in Next.js, React.js, HTML, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Nest.js, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- API & Database management: Extensive experience with REST APIs, database setup, and optimization.
- Scalability & Performance Optimization: Skilled in performance tuning, caching, and ensuring efficient data flow across systems.
- Startup experience is a plus: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Bonus skills: AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux administration, Agile methodologies.
