Für unsere 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft Viversum suchen wir eine*n Accountant, um das Team im täglichen Business zu entlasten und zu unterstützen.
Deine Mission:
- Selbstständiges Bearbeiten des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
- Kontieren und Buchen der Debitoren, Kreditoren und Banken
- Bearbeitung von Reisekosten-, Kreditkartenabrechnungen und Auslagenerstattungen
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
- Kontenabstimmungen
- Unterstützung & Zuarbeit bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Reporting direkt an die Head of Accounting
Dein Profil:
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konntest bereits erste praktische Berufserfahrungen in der Buchhaltung sammeln
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, speziell in Excel bist du hervorragend qualifiziert
- Proaktive Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und vor allem Zuverlässigkeit, Deine Aufgaben fristgerecht zu erledigen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) runden Dein Profil ab
