  • Your tasks:

    You’ll work together with designers, product owners and engineers in a fast moving and product focused environment to deliver innovative solutions.
     

    • Programming in the frontend of a flight related application
    • Further development and improvement of the existing source code 
    • Active involvement in design, usability and code 
    • Adding value to the product by implementing new features and functionalities 
    • Creating responsive, performance-orientated user interfaces 
    • Collaborating with other developers on tasks 
    • Continuously improve and capture new concepts, tools and technologies 
    • Creating and improving transport service solutions on a global scale 
    • Developing tools for a successful digital transformation 
    • Bridging the gap between airlines, travel agencies and e-commerce 

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor/Master/Diploma in computer science or comparable field (software engineering), equivalent professional experience is acceptable
    • Proficient programming skills / Applied knowledge in Angular is a must
    • Knowledge about web-based applications and architectures (SOA, 12 factor, benefits and challenges of microservices)
    • Knowledge of OOP (Object oriented programming)
    • Hands on experience in JavaScript
    • Usage of REST APIs
    • Desire to constantly improve and capture new concepts, tools and technologies
    • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
    Desired skills & experience
    • Experience with agile software development methods and software development best practices, such as unit testing and continuous integration
    • Working with GIT
    • Team-oriented working style
    • Very good English language skills
