Tasks

• Drive Bookings: Your primary goal will be to rapidly increase studio bookings. You'll strategize and execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients and fill our schedule.
• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and local channels to boost visibility and engagement.
• Partnerships and Community Engagement: Build relationships with local influencers, wellness businesses, and potential partners to drive awareness and new customer acquisition.
• Track Performance: Monitor marketing and sales data to optimize campaigns and quickly adapt strategies to maximize conversions and bookings.
• Local Market Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of Berlin’s unique culture and market dynamics to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the city’s audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive bookings and meet targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage local communities and partners.
• Fluency in English is required; at least conversational proficiency in German is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving challenges and opportunities.
• Proven experience working within Berlin’s local market, with a deep understanding of the city’s culture, customer base, and business landscape.
• Ability to connect with local communities and leverage Berlin-specific opportunities to drive growth.
