Talent Acquisition Lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies. This includes identifying talent needs, defining recruitment processes and setting measurable objectives for recruitment success.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from entry-level to executive roles. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
• Cultivate and promote a strong employer brand that reflects Aeyde's culture, values. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop engaging employer branding materials and initiatives.
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Continuously seek feedback to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with Aeyde’s leadership to understand talent requirements and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

Your profile

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced organization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiatives for C-level roles and building high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technology platforms.
