What you’ll do
As a Finance Working Student, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing financial activity by owning and optimizing financial tools, managing cash flows, and ensuring smooth collaboration with external accountants. This position is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field who is eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities:
Spendesk Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Spendesk, including payment processing and pre-categorization of transactions across our different entities and geographies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely expense management.
Cash Management:
Assist in placing monthly transfers and ensure all payment requests are well-organized for review and approval by senior finance members.
Support with reconciling cash flow and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Accountant Relations:
Act as a liaison with external accountants to ensure efficient handling of business-as-usual tasks.
Provide necessary documentation and support for bookkeeping, reporting, and tax compliance.
