Tasks
🎯 YOUR TASKS:
- 📊 Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, process, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- 📈 Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- 📉 Data Visualization: Develop and maintain visual representations of data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to facilitate understanding and decision-making across teams.
- 🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to understand data requirements and provide insights that align with business objectives.
- 🔄 Data Optimization: Assist in building and refining data pipelines and structures to optimize data management and reporting capabilities.
- 🔍 Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing efforts to improve data quality, governance, and analytics processes.
Requirements
📈 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 📚 Education & Experience: A degree or training in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, including working with large datasets and data interpretation.
- 📊 SQL & Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, along with expertise in analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- 📈 Data Visualization & Reporting: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, creating impactful visual reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- 🔢 Statistical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques, with a keen eye for detail in identifying patterns and insights.
- 💻 Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus, aiding in advanced data processing and analysis.
- 🌐 Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- ✨ Bonus: Prior experience in D2C or e-commerce industry analytics is advantageous, bringing an understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
