Principal Data Product Manager - Recommendation Systems (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Product Manager to lead our offer management strategy. This role is critical in determining:

• What offers should be displayed to which users?
• What is the optimal offer task incentive structure?
• How to balance incentives for advertisers, users, and Almedia?

Principal Product Manager will have full ownership of these strategic decisions, working to develop pragmatic and effective solutions. Collaboration with analysts, offer managers, and data scientists will be essential to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance evaluation of offers, utilizing insights to make data-driven adjustments to strategies and processes.
• Champion the use of data analysis, ML models, and advanced analytics to inform and optimize offer selection.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement and refine predictive models for enhanced offer targeting and personalization.
• Partner with offer managers to align with advertisers' goals and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management roles with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
• Deep expertise in data analysis, including practical experience with ML and advanced analytics.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of independent strategic leadership.
