You’ll be at the heart of developing, optimizing, and integrating ML models and architecture to fully automate Alpas’s core product. Tasks

Build and Maintain ML Pipelines: Develop, maintain, and monitor data pipelines and ML model training/inference pipelines
Model Optimization: Continuously improve model performance and inference efficiency to ensure stability and quality
Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth integration of ML models with other software components
Stay Current: Research and adapt to the latest AI developments to enhance our solutions
Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Requirements

If you don’t fit all the requirements, don’t be discouraged from applying. We are looking for the willingness to learn more than specific skills.

Experience: 4+ years in roles like MLE, MLOps, Software Engineer (ML/AI), Backend Engineer, or similar
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Airflow, CI/CD, and MLOps tools like MLFlow or KubeFlow or similar
Soft Skills: Strong project ownership, creative problem-solving, and effective communication. You thrive in a team, manage time well, and are eager to learn and adapt
Language: Fluency in English (C1 level)
Nice-to-Have: Experience with NLP, LLMs, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, FastAPI, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Pytorch, TensorFlow and software engineering best practices
