Working Student Product Configuration (m/w/d)

These tasks are waiting for you

You are an essential part of our team, helping us continuously improve products and processes
You upload documents and files to our systems – reliably and meticulously
You test our products, identify bugs and errors, and document them
You prepare tickets and workflows, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
You create and maintain our API documentation
Depending on your experience, you can take on more responsibility and independently configure products, including dynamic PDF documents, emails, and pricing algorithms

This is what you bring to the table

You’re at least in your 2nd semester of a Bachelor's program, ideally with a technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.)
You’re eager to grow, learn new skills, and have an interest in programming or want to learn it
You work carefully and thoroughly, always seeing tasks through to completion
You’re open and proactive, and you don’t mind when things don’t work out perfectly right away
You have a strong command of both German and English
