We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as a Founders Associate - Business Development.

As a Founders Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our founders and get significant hands-on experience on how to lead and build up a company with a strong focus on business development.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the founders' vision and executing strategic initiatives that fuel their business growth.

Aufgaben

Create proposal presentations for clients that outline business development opportunities in a convincing way
Take part in meetings with executives from other companies - both remote and in person - and derive business development opportunities from it
Create business development initiatives together with the founder and take an active role in implementing the initiatives
Dive into a client’s status quo, deeply understanding their needs and develop matching new business proposals
Keep in touch with the latest trends in the digital marketing industry, assess their specific potential for our business and apply them to our initiatives

Qualifikation

General understanding of digital marketing, the channels and its functionality is a plus
Prior work experience in ambitious work environments is a big plus
Strong drive to deliver work results independently with a hands-on attitude
Ability to structure communication very well with a strong attention to detail
Business fluent in both German and English languages
