Are you constantly asking yourself at work: “How can we make our infrastructure even more efficient?” - then help us take our AI search platform to the next level. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has the passion and know-how to further develop our platform in a stable and scalable way.
Tasks
- You do handle the automation of our product and our setup processes to reduce manual work in the sales and customer success department
- You work closely with the development team to optimize the daily deployment of new software versions and resolvement of technical issues
- You support the implementation and compliance of IT security measures: you design, implement and document security improvements for our customers as well as external audits
- You scale up our deployments for dozens of customers, including large databases, orchestrating containers and cloud-native tools
- You do oversee our incident response, work on root-cause analysis, and service recovery to ensure minimal downtime
- You will set up and maintain a robust monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address issues within our plattform
Requirements
- You have professional experience with Linux-based systems (Windows Server is a plus)
- You are experienced with deploying and managing workloads across multiple cloud providers and had the chance to scale applications and manage large-scale deployments in the past
- You have hands-on experience with K8s management, container orchestration, and related cloud-native technologies
- You do have a strong understanding of development and operations cycles, including CI/CD pipelines
- You are proficient in either Java or Python (Rust or Go does also work)
- You are familiar with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., HashiCorp Terraform)
- You have extended experience with managing data streams using tools such as Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
- You have a proven background in IT security practices and standards (e.g., ISO, NIS, SOC2)
