- Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries with speed, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to enhance our service quality and product offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fulfillment centers, producers) to ensure seamless customer support
- Take ownership of small projects to optimize workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
- Prepare concise reports on customer service KPIs and present actionable insights
Your profile- You are currently enrolled in a study program in fields such as Business, Communication, Languages, or other relevant disciplines
- You ideally have prior experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations
- Fluency in German and English is essential
- A structured and organized working style, ensuring efficient task management and prioritization
- High attention to detail, enabling you to provide precise and accurate responses
