Tasks
- Developing and implementing sales strategies on marketplaces, including market analysis, defining target segments, and creating a product promotion plan.
- Planning and managing advertising campaigns: setting objectives, budgeting, monitoring, and adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Analyzing sales, monitoring key metrics and trends, and preparing regular reports for management.
- Managing stock: planning replenishment and preventing out-of-stock situations.
- Formulating pricing policies and regularly analyzing competitor prices to maintain competitiveness.
- Leading the operations team: assigning tasks to operations specialists, overseeing task completion, evaluating results, and providing training and motivation.
- Maintaining and updating key listings, ensuring they meet platform requirements and are appealing to customers.
- SEO optimization and updating semantic core to enhance product visibility on marketplaces.
- Creating technical specifications for content creation and updates, monitoring completion.
- Analyzing customer reviews and returns to identify areas for improvement, assigning tasks related to reviews and returns to the operations specialist.
- Coordinating work with contractors (SEO, advertising, content production) and other departments to ensure process efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Amazon, Otto, eBay, or similar marketplaces. Familiarity with analytical tools or ability to quickly learn software (e.g., Helium, Jungle Scout, SellerBoard).
- High proficiency in Excel (data analysis, conditional formatting, pivot tables), with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and targeting fundamentals.
- Experience in purchasing and inventory management (inventory analysis and replenishment, pricing) or experience in marketing or e-commerce is an advantage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
- Knowledge of Russian or German is an advantage.
