Flutter Engineer

*Product Development: Lead the development of the mobile app for Montamo’s craftspeople, ensuring it becomes a vital tool in their work.
*Feature Ownership: Develop and ship new features, validate prototypes, and contribute to exploratory projects. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams to balance user needs and business goals.
*Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality and maintainable code with a focus on scalable and resilient systems.
*Collaboration: Engage in discussions around UX, system design, and architecture with other engineers and product managers.
*Long-term Impact: Create a scalable, modular, and maintainable mobile app that offers an excellent user experience.

Tasks

Required Skills and Technologies:
Must-Have:
*Architectural/System Design
*Flutter & Dart experience
*RESTful APIs integration
*Experience with storage solutions like Hive, Realm, Isar (at least one)
*State Management: Experience with BLoC, Provider, Riverpod (at least one)
*GitHub & GitHub Actions CI/CD
*Comfortable with LLM-powered Coding Assistants like Cursor or others

Requirements

Nice-to-Have:
*Clean Architecture
*Test-Driven Development
*Experience in offline functionality development
*Familiarity with Agile Development practices

Experience:
4-5+ years of relevant experience in Flutter development or mobile development.

Benefits

Salary Range:
€60,000 - €70,000 gross per year (12 monthly salaries).

Bonus/Variable Pay:
VSOP (Virtual Stock Option Plan) with a negotiable share. No additional bonuses or variable salary.
