Full Stack Engineer (f/m/d)

*End-to-End Platform Development: Build and enhance Montamo’s platform to support operations, back-office, and installation workflows, making it indispensable for the business.
*Feature Ownership: Develop and ship new features, as well as fix bugs and prototype solutions, balancing short-term feature delivery with long-term system extensibility and maintainability.
*User-Focused Development: Understand user needs and make informed trade-offs to create a user-friendly, scalable platform that enhances workflows.
*Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems. Maintain Montamo’s standards for smooth user workflows, great design, and optimal functionality.
*Collaboration: Engage in discussions around UX, system design, and architecture with the team to ensure the platform aligns with business goals.

Tasks

Must-Have Skills
*Backend Development: Experience with Postgres, DrizzleORM, and server-side frameworks like Next.js & tRPC.
*Frontend Development: Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Deno and Oak: Familiarity with the Deno runtime and the Oak framework for building scalable applications.
*Serverless Hosting: Knowledge of serverless architecture and deploying serverless functions.
GitHub & CI: Familiarity with GitHub for version control and CI for code reviews and automated testing.
*TypeScript Expertise: Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, including static type checking and understanding of generics and the 'keyof' operator.

Requirements

Nice-to-Have:
*Experience with Bruno: API development and testing tool.
*Experience with T3 Stack: Combining Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and tRPC.

Experience:
4-5+ years of relevant experience in full stack development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Salary Range:
€60,000 - €70,000 gross per year (12 monthly salaries).

Bonus/Variable Pay:
VSOP (Virtual Stock Option Plan) with a negotiable share. No additional bonuses or variable salary.
