    Your mission as a Staffing Coordinator and Process Manager (m/f/d)

    We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Staffing Coordinator and Process Manager (m/f/d) to take over the task of resource management/staffing planning of our research projects and to continuously improve our processes/operations in that regard.

    As a Staffing Coordinator and Process Manager, you will coordinate international projects, assess needs, and prioritize with commercial stakeholders and research teams. You'll ensure proper staffing and find the right researchers. Working closely with leadership, you'll improve processes, optimize research capacity, and support clients timely. Collaborating with the revenue operations team, you'll automate and track data to enhance project handover and effort estimation. Expect to spend 70% of your time on project coordination and 30% on process improvements and automation.

    What you'll do

    • Evaluate project requirements and clarify specifics with client relations and customer success teams
    • Prioritize projects, communicate realistic timelines, and assign suitable researchers
    • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to improve processes and implement changes
    • Develop automation for efficient project handovers using tools like HubSpot and Zapier
    • Utilize AI throughout the project lifecycle and explore innovative project handover solutions
    • Develop communication plans for changes, ensure process compliance, and monitor improvement success
    • Build data dashboards, generate insights, and recommend data-driven actions for business opportunities

    You will thrive in this role if

    • You have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination or staffing, preferably in a market research environment
    • You have experience assessing project requirements and assigning tasks to appropriate team members
    • You know quantitative market research and/or research methods & statistics (optional but definitely a plus)
    • You have a strong ability to analyze and improve processes, focusing on efficiency and automation
    • You are adept at working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of projects
    • You communicate confidently, clearly, and transparently in English, facilitating seamless interactions across diverse teams and stakeholders
    • You possess a hands-on mentality, pragmatism, proactivity, and an affinity for numbers and data
    • You are based in Europe
