For our EU headquarters in Berlin, we are now looking for a German-speaking Working Student (m/f/x) Information Technology.

Aufgaben

Key Responsibilities:

You support our IT-team and help to deal with every kind of issues at our office in Berlin, as well as our other offices (in person, as well as remotely via Screen Share)
You are responsible for Desktop installations, IT-Onboarding and Offboarding of new or current employees
You assist with auditing and maintenance of systems and software
You help research, test, and develop solutions for corporate IT

Qualifikation

What you’ll need to succeed:

You are currently studying (e.g. Business, IT, Engineering, etc) in Berlin and have 1-2 years to go
Maybe you already gained some experience in IT-support or Helpdesk, for instance through an internship
You have a very good technical understanding and are experienced with Windows and macOS
You are a quick learner, reliable and possess the ability to work in a team as well as on your own
You speak English and German fluently
You are willing to support us for 20 hours per week

You should be familiar with the following topics: 1st & 2nd Level Support, Google Workspace, Ticketing System, Active Directory (User Management), PowerShell, Software & Hardware Troubleshooting
