What you will do:
- You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software as well as the set-up and removal of technical equipment.
- You will manage and support over 250 workstations in a fast-paced environment
- You will work with Google Workspace, Office 365, Jira, Unifi, and many more
- You will ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working— Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.
Who you are:
- You are currently studying in Hamburg and are looking to gain some hands-on experience in the field of IT
- You can showcase strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- You bring good knowledge of operating systems (Windows & MacOS) and popular client applications
- You are a team player and eager to improve yourself every day
- You are fluent in English & German
