What you will do:
- Drive the international growth of applike, in Germany as well as on early-stage expansion phases internationally, especially in APAC
- Partner with leadership to facilitate organizational changes, drive development, and support critical employee-related situations
- Provide daily support for HR-related requests from employees, such as relocation, onboarding, L&D, performance management, and more
- Support the onboarding experience, ensuring it is engaging and seamless, with special attention to equipping new leaders with the tools and information needed for a successful start
- Coordinate performance reviews and oversee development planning and ensure smooth on- and offboarding processes
- Support our HR data accuracy in our IT system (Personio) while creating customized and automated workflows to continuously optimize HR processes to align with best practices
- Provide backup support for payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing for employees in Germany and subsidiaries abroad
- Take part in projects and growth/optimization initiatives due to our growing organization structure and changing demands from the HR side
Who you are:
- You gained extensive experience in operational HR roles in fast-paced and international environments
- Expert in German/European HR laws, HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
- Strong track record of driving complex projects in the HR Operations space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the team
- Experienced in onboarding, coaching, and mentoring junior colleagues
- Familiar with an HR tool like Personio and able to steer high-volume processes efficiently
- Go-to person for Senior Stakeholders advising them also in difficult team constellations
- Clear and open communication, fluently in English and - ideally - German
