Tasks
- Translate business goals into product features: Clearly define and break down features and product ideas into user stories and product requirements.
- Gather and analyse user feedback: Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to facilitate user research and gather feedback from our customers
- Communicate product vision: Be the product ambassador, consistently communicating product vision, goals, and progress internally and externally.
- Prioritise: Assess and prioritise trade-offs based on technical constraints, user impact, and business value, ensuring timely and effective product delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside software engineers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and feature rollouts.
- Monitor performance and iterate: Regularly evaluate product performance using key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and lead iterative product enhancements.
- Create and maintain product documentation: Ensure all product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and other documentation are thoroughly documented and kept up-to-date throughout the product development process.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile development environment, preferably within a startup or fast-paced organisation.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in scrum, kanban, and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
- Experience with user research and customer-centric product development, with a focus on improving user experience and solving user pain points.
- Outstanding communication skills: Ability to clearly convey product vision and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Notion or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions based on metrics.
- This position requires on-site presence in our Berlin office.
- You are eligible to work within the EU.
It would be nice if you
- have already worked on products that require heavy localization.
- have First-class verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- are familiar with the health tech sector or a strong interest in mission-driven, socially impactful products.

- Annual gross salary range for Berlin-based applicants: €70,000 - 75,000
