We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Senior Product Manager to join our product team, focused on driving success within our partner success domain.

The domain approach at Aroundhome is driven by cross-functional product teams working in close collaboration with well-coordinated interdepartmental domain groups. This fosters collaboration and ensures that the expertise required to undertake continuous product discovery, identify hypotheses, and iterate towards achieving optimal outcomes, lives within the domain.

The “Partner Service” domain focuses on developing and digitising partner facing services to increase partner lifetime value, improve partner experience, and boost retention. At Aroundhome, our Partners are valued B2B clients whom we connect with qualified customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support to drive business growth. Central to this support is the ongoing enhancement of our Partner Cockpit application, designed to help Partners maximise success with our leads and increase satisfaction with our services. Our offerings also encompass Lead Delivery to Partners, making it crucial to further enhance and standardise our partner integration options (APIs). As a Product Manager for this domain, you will be responsible for overseeing digital offerings across the entire partner lifecycle—from initial activation and continuous management to termination—while developing and executing strategies to re-engage and win back former partners

    • As a Senior Product Manager, you define the product strategy based on the customers’ needs, business goals and our company vision
    • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and relevant stakeholders, including the C-Board, to gain an in-depth understanding of the (product-)requirements and thus drive the implementation of the outcome-oriented roadmap
    • You define relevant KPIs that can track the success of your domain area and actively engage in continuous product discovery
    • You always keep an eye on the product backlog, prioritise clearly according to the business and strategic value and thus enable the implementation through small releases in order to quickly gain insights
    • You are part of an agile, cross-functional team and a central contact person for all colleagues as well as stakeholders within your domain

    Skills

    • You have hands-on experience optimising digital offerings for B2B partners, including the development of partner login areas and related features and tools, with a proven ability to support partner growth and retention.
    • Experience with standardisation of partner integration (APIs) options for lead delivery, is also desired
    • You are skilled in working as a Product Manager in cross-functional setups in modern Tech-companies, collaborating closely with engineers, data analysts, UX design, UX researchers and stakeholders (such as sales) alike and are able to derive product strategies with a customer and business value in mind
    • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent education with multiple years of practical experience
    • You are enthusiastic about continuous product discovery and have a strong background in data-driven decision-making, with proven ability to use data insights and experimentation to drive product and business outcomes
    • You think entrepreneurially, are extremely strong in implementation and achieve your goals with a high degree of responsibility
    • You follow the newest trends in product management and technology, are an absolute team player and your excellent communication skills in English and German, as well as a good sense of humour characterise you
