Senior UX Designer (all genders)

Responsibilities

Are you ready to turn your passion for outstanding design into action? We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer (all genders) to enthusiastically and dedicatedly work on creating a top-notch user experience.

In this exciting role, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional "Partner Acquisition & Services" domains. Your focus will be on optimizing our digital partner journey (B2B) to create maximum value for both Aroundhome and our partners. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and make a real impact.

• As a Senior UX Designer, you will take responsibility for user-centered design of user interfaces for new and existing products
• You will work closely with our product management, engineering, and user research teams from idea to implementation, following a collaborative UX design approach
• You will derive concepts, user flows, customer journey maps, prototypes, and mockups from the needs of our users
• You will regularly test your concepts and prototypes through UX and usability tests with our users, using quantitative data from A/B tests to inform your design decisions
• You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team and serve as a point of contact for your teammates and stakeholders

Skills

• You have several years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, possess expertise in your field, and can draw on a diverse portfolio of successfully implemented projects, primarily in the digital economy
• You excel at understanding customer needs through strong analytical skills and translating them into creative and innovative design ideas
• You bring expertise in commonly used UX tools, such as Figma, as well as experience in testing concepts and prototypes based on UX and usability tests
• You are familiar with user-centered methods like Design Thinking and Product Discovery, and have a basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS)
• You work with high levels of responsibility and self-organization, are a strong communicator and team player, and excel in interactions with users and stakeholders in both German and English
