We're excited to expand our Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs Team with dedicated support! If you're detail-oriented, skilled in process improvement, and passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance, we’d love to have you on board. Additionally, if you have an interest in Data Protection, there’s an exciting opportunity to support the technical and content development of a new data protection section.
Your Responsibilities
Quality Management support in:
Tracking and maintaining and improving document control
Computerized Systems Validation
Process optimization/automation and restructuring
Ticket management and task automation
KPI monitoring and reporting
Regulatory Affairs support in:
Structuring technical documentation
Prospectively assisting with the submission of regulatory documentation
Data Privacy support in
Structuring Data Privacy documentation
Establishing and further structure a process framework
Your Profile
You are currently enrolled at a German university, ideally your studies include Natural Science, (Legal-)Tech or Medicine,
You are interested in Quality Management, Process Management and have a solid understanding of Business Administration
Additionally, you are familiar with Regulatory Affairs and Data Protection requirements, or are eager to develop your expertise in these areas
Independent and structured work style
High attention to detail and reliability
Experience with Confluence/Jira is a plus
German and English language skills (B2 minimum)
