ESG Manager

Join Atlas Metrics on our mission to make the impact of companies on people and the environment fully transparent. As a member of our 10+ strong dedicated ESG team, you'll provide expert advice on ESG and ensure that our customers reach their sustainability goals.

Tasks

We are currently hiring across numerous roles and are looking for candidates with experience in any of the following domains:

• Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) / European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
• Double Materiality Assessment
• EU Taxonomy (calculation of KPIs)
• Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR)
• Carbon accounting
• ESG data / software

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience (e.g. ESG advisory, ESG analysis, sustainability manager)
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on ESG and sustainability reporting requirements
• Fluency in English and German
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
