    About this role: 

    We're looking for a dynamic Senior Ad Monetisation Manager (m/f/d) to join our international team in the vibrant city of Berlin. In this position, you will play a crucial role and have substantial impact on our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz, Dealabs, and hotukdeals). You'll have the opportunity to drive initiatives that enable our partners to engage with a reliable community of enthusiastic shoppers who love to discover and secure great deals.


    Responsibilities:

    • Propose and execute strategies to maximise ad revenue and optimise our ad stack, both on App and Web
    • Maintain strong relationships with key SSPs and ad networks to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth
    • Identify and integrate relevant new partners to broaden our demand sources
    • Cooperate with our commercial teams to explore and grow Private Marketplaces (PMPs) and Programmatic Direct deals to generate incremental revenue opportunities
    • Actively provide insights on how to optimise ad inventory and identify new revenue stream opportunities
    • Leverage the latest ad technologies and industry trends to improve inventory performance and ensure competitiveness in the programmatic advertising landscape


    Your Profile:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ad monetisation, both on web and mobile apps, with a proven track record of maximising ad revenue and optimising ad stacks
    • Familiarity with app and web ad tech, ad monetisation strategies and user segmentation
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights and analyse revenue trends for yield optimization and operational efficiencies
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate effectively with key SSPs, ad networks, and cross-functional teams, including analytics, design, sales, and marketing
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising
    • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within the ad stack and propose effective solutions
    • Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects and initiatives efficiently
    • A creative mindset to explore and develop innovative monetisation opportunities and ad formats
    • Fluency in English
