    About This Role:

    We're seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to enrich our international team in the vibrant city of Berlin. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives across our Pepper platform (operated under various brands in different markets, such as mydealz in Germany, Dealabs in France, and hotukdeals in the UK) to boost user engagement and elevate the community experience, ultimately increasing our retention rates. You'll help our users become smarter shoppers by creating personalized, needs-based touchpoints that enhance their journey, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you'll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

    Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

    Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will:

    • Define the OKRs for your cross-functional team in alignment with our product strategy, and deliver iterative solutions to achieve these goals, with the ultimate aim of increasing user LTV.
    • Extract insights from user research and data analysis to deeply comprehend the customer experience. 
    • Identify and address product gaps while generating innovative ideas to improve user experience, guiding users to the next step in their journey through effective use of our internal and external communication tools.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, data analysts, product designers, and developers to brainstorm new ideas, finalize concepts, work with our communication tools and prioritize tasks in line with our strategic goals and anticipated impact.
    • Define, track, and analyze pertinent success metrics to continuously improve our products.
    • Play a proactive role in the daily development of new features by preparing detailed user stories, overseeing execution, and managing feature roll-out.
    • Document and effectively communicate feature releases to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

     

    Your Profile:

    We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management with a focus on active user growth experience, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation. AS well as: 

    • Previous experience using CRM software (such as Iterable, Braze, CleverTap) 
    • A proven track record of delivering successful products and services.
    • Proficiency in writing comprehensive user stories and documenting features.
    • Proven experience with working in a cross-functional team, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders, developers, product designers, QA managers, and data analysts.
    • A deep understanding of user needs, underpinned by experience in user research.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to leverage hard data and metrics to support assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
    • Familiarity with agile methodology and experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence and Figma/Figjam.
    • An understanding of web and app technologies and frameworks. 
    • Fluency in English.
