    About This Role:

    We are looking for a Senior Strategic Media Sales to join our Retail Media team in Berlin or London to drive display media revenue (direct & programmatic) for Atolls across EMEA by leveraging an existing network of advertising agency contacts. Identify opportunities within agencies, build strong relationships, and secure successful performance and branding campaigns.Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will:

    • Proactively identify and close new display advertising business within EMEA advertising agencies.
    • Leverage and expand an existing network of media buyers and planners at key EMEA agencies.
    • Present Atolls' value proposition and create tailored proposals for agency clients.
    • Negotiate deals and meet sales targets through agency partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for successful campaign execution.
    • Report on sales activities and pipeline within the agency landscape.
    • Stay updated on display advertising trends relevant to agency strategies.

    Your Profile:

    • 2 - 5 years media sales experience with a network of contacts within EMEA advertising agencies.
    • Strong understanding of direct and programmatic display advertising and agency buying processes.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills tailored to agency interactions.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets through agencies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in English; an additional major European language is a plus. (French, German, etc.)
    • Understanding of performance and brand campaign objectives from an agency perspective.
