    The Role: The CEO’s Strategic Right Hand

    Your Availability: At least 3 months

    Are you a proactive, organized professional looking to work alongside a CEO in a high-growth environment? As Atopia’s Founder’s Associate, you will be the CEO’s strategic partner, providing hands-on support across a range of critical business areas—from project management and business development to research and operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder, gain insight into running a startup, and make a real impact in an innovative industry. The position is ideal for someone with a background in business or cultural management and experience in fields such as business development, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.

    Tasks

    • Direct Support in Strategy & Operations: Assist the CEO with daily operations, document preparation, meeting organization, and communications to ensure streamlined processes and effective time management.
    • Project Management: Lead and manage own projects with world-leading museums, coordinating with internal teams to achieve business milestones and support the company's growth.
    • Research & Market Analysis: Conduct industry research and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights that inform Atopia’s strategies and product decisions.
    • Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive growth initiatives and enhance brand recognition within the museum and cultural sectors.
    • Business Development: Support new partnership development within the cultural and media industries, helping expand Atopia’s network and reach.
    • Financial Analysis: Help monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and assist with budgeting, enabling data-driven decision-making.

    Requirements

    We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable team member who’s excited about arts and culture and ready to make a real impact. If you have a Background in Business, Cultural Management, or Marketing, at least a year of related experience, and a genuine passion for expanding access to cultural experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

    • Self-driven, proactive, and reliable; passionate about executing entire processes independently and eager to take on responsibility and leadership
    • Quick learner, adaptable, and growth-oriented
    • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills (Company Language)
    • Skilled with data, metrics, and effective project management
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity
    • Deeply passionate about arts and culture, with a commitment to expanding its access
