  • The Data & Insights Specialist plays a central role at Audiencly, part of Flexion Plc. Group by generating data-driven insights that support both operational efficiency and strategic vision. This position is designed to create data-based decision-making that strengthens the core of Audiencly's business, particularly in the areas of influencer marketing, sponsorship and innovative product developments such as the collaboration with 7 vs. Wild.

    By combining analytical excellence, technological know-how and a visionary approach, this role delivers added value that goes beyond traditional tasks. The focus is on optimizing existing processes, developing new data-based approaches and creating innovations that directly contribute to the growth and differentiation of Audiencly.

    Tasks

    1. Data analysis and strategic insights:

    • Analyze campaign and market performance data to provide meaningful insights for customers and internal teams.
    • Development of new measurement methods and KPIs to support innovative projects such as the app vision or AI products based on data.
    • Identification of optimization potential in influencer marketing, sponsorship and product portfolio.

    2. Visionary analytics for innovative projects:

    • Participation in data-driven concepts for new business areas such as AI-based tools or app developments.
    • Providing insights that support creative and technological projects from idea to implementation.

    3. Process and campaign optimization:

    • Creation of dashboards and reports for continuous optimization of campaigns and processes.
    • Collaboration as an expert consultant with client teams such as 7 vs. Wild to develop data-based solutions for customer projects.

    4. Market and competition analyzes:

    • Examination of current market trends to derive strategic recommendations for sponsorship opportunities or portfolio expansions.
    • Carrying out benchmarking analyzes to position Audiencly in the competition.

    5. Technology and data management:

    • Building and maintaining data infrastructures and analysis tools such as Tableau, HubSpot, NetSuite or Google Analytics.
    • Ensuring data quality and consistency through effective data management processes.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Completed studies in statistics, economics, marketing, data science or a related field, or comparable professional training

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of professional experience in analyzing campaign and market data, ideally in an agency or company with a digital focus.
    • Experience in developing and visualizing data-based strategies.

    Skills:

    • Excellent analytical skills and strong competence in interpreting complex data.
    • Knowledge of common tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), and database management.
    • Innovative strength to find new ways in the area of ​​data analytics and their use for strategic purposes.
    • Strong communication skills to present data-based insights in an understandable and convincing manner.
