    Tasks

     Shape the Future of Influencer Event Sales: Lead the development of a

    pioneering team that combines the worlds of influencer marketing and event

    sponsorship, bringing brands and creators together in unforgettable

    experiences.

     Innovate and Execute: Conceptualize and oversee large-scale, influencer-

    driven events, from intimate product showcases to grand sponsorship

    activations like 7 vs. Wild and homeworthy.

     Client Ownership: Build long-term relationships with top-tier clients and

    ensure their needs are exceeded with innovative solutions.

     Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and campaign

    teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.

     Pitch and Present: Develop compelling presentations that showcase the

    potential of influencer-led event sponsorships, supported by strong KPIs and

    case studies.

     Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends in gaming, entertainment, and events to

    continuously improve strategies and concepts.

     Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead your team to drive exceptional

    results and grow both professionally and personally.

    Requirements

     Experience: At least 3 years in sales, ideally with a focus on events,

    sponsorships, or influencer marketing. Leadership experience is a strong plus.

     Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the German market and gaming, entertainment and event trends. (US market knowledge in top of this is a Plus)

     Strategic Mindset: A mix of creative vision and data-driven decision-making

    to craft and optimize event concepts.

     Communication Excellence: You excel at building relationships, negotiating

    deals, and delivering impactful presentations.

     Organizational Skills: Multitasking and meeting tight deadlines come

    naturally to you.

     Languages: Fluency in German and strong English skills (written and

    spoken).

     Tech-Savvy: Familiar with digital tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

    platforms.
