  • The Product Owner – Holistic Experience at Audiencly designs innovative and user-centered products that expand the agency’s portfolio and promote long-term target group loyalty. This position combines strategic thinking with operational responsibility and creative approaches to develop digital experiences and platforms that delight brands, partners and target groups alike.
    The role is focused on developing products that create sustainable added value beyond individual projects, such as apps, interactive platforms and data-driven solutions.

    Tasks

    1. Product strategy and roadmap:

    • Development and prioritization of product visions that are aligned with Audiencly's strategic goals and customer needs.
    • Maintain a clear product roadmap with milestones and timelines that ensure implementation.
    • Ensuring that all products are marketable, scalable and innovative.

    2. Interactive and creative product development:

    • Lead the design and implementation of apps, platforms and other digital products that drive brand loyalty and engagement.
    • Promote creative approaches to complement existing services with digital innovations.
    • Ensuring that products provide intuitive user experiences while strengthening Audiencly's brand identity.

    3. Data-based product control:

    • Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to make data-driven decisions and define success criteria.
    • Use feedback loops, market data and performance metrics to continuously optimize products.

    4. Team coordination and process management:

    • Leading cross-functional teams and moderating agile processes (primarily Kanban) such as sprint meetings and retrospectives.
    • Use of modern tools for team coordination:
      -Trello for task and backlog management.
      -Confluence for knowledge and documentation management.
      -Figma, Adobe XD for design prototypes.
      -Slack for team communication.
    • Fostering a collaborative team culture that combines innovation and efficiency.

    5. Customer-centric innovation:

    • Develop products tailored to customers' specific needs, with a clear focus on engagement and value.
    • Constant market and competition analyzes to identify trends at an early stage and develop innovative solutions.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Completed studies in economics, computer science, marketing, design or a related field, or comparable training.

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, ideally in a creative, technology-driven environment.
    • Successful management of digital projects, especially platforms or apps with high user interaction.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and relevant tools such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Combination of analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
    • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable priorities and lead teams effectively.
