    What We Do: We are developing solutions that enable computers and sensors to collaborate as teams, working together to address emerging security challenges. Our primary mission is to defend against AI-powered asymmetric threats at scale, such as drone swarms and other UXVs.

    Who We Are: Based in Munich and Kyiv, we are rapidly expanding across Europe with plans to open more office hubs soon. We embrace a hybrid work culture—valuing the collaboration that happens in the office, while also empowering our team members to work remotely with responsibility and autonomy.

    Tasks

    Your mission will be several parts of:

    • You develop and improve algorithms for 3D multi-object tracking including motion models, sensor measurement models, assignment of detections
    • You evaluate and select tracking algorithms which are able to track several UAVs
    • You realize a modular and extensible senor data fusion framework
    • You integrate hardware components including sensors (cameras, radar, microphones), acuators, communication devices
    • You coordinate with the computer vision and acoustics experts in the team ( because you use their detections for your tracking)
    • You keep track of the current scientific publications in the field of multi object tracking
    • You ensure a consistently very high quality of the overall detection and tracking pipeline

    Requirements

    Must

    • University degree in robotics, mechatronics, computer science, informatics, maths, physics, etc.
    • PhD in a relevant field is a plus
    • Great knowledge of C++, frameworks like Eigen, Ceres, GTSAM etc.
    • Experience in ROS(2), OpenCV
    • Experience in 3D Multi Object Tracking like probabilistic state estimation (e.g. Kalman Filters, Particle Filters, Least-Squares Estimation, Maximum a posteriori estimation, …) Sensor modelling (especially cameras and Radar) and Motion models
    • Experience in Hardware Integration like LIDAR, Laser-Range-Finder, Radar etc.
    • Sensor Calibration (especially cameras)

    Optional:

    • Experience 3D Computer Vision
    • GUI
    • Real Time Systems
    • Rust
