As our Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving our marketing strategies, and positioning Ayurtea as a leading tea brand in the German market.

Tasks

🧠 Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth.

📈 Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising, to increase our online presence.

✍️ Content Creation: Oversee content marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

📊 Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

🤝 Stakeholder Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers.

🚀 Sales Strategy: Build and implement sales strategies from scratch to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

🎓 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.

🌐 Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

🧑‍💻 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

🗣 Fluent in German and English.

📈 Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
