Part-time Marketing Copywriter - Spanish (all genders)

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Copywriter (Spanish, Professional level)** **to join our creative team here in Berlin

4 days, 32h/week , starting asap

The copywriting team is the pulse of Babbel's creative department. Responsible for ideating and crafting high quality messaging across brand and marketing in 8 languages.

You will:

• You will be acting as the voice of Babbel in Spanish, helping deliver great stories across multiple off- and online channels
• Work on marketing campaigns, CRM newsletters, video & radio scripts, social media posts, digital ads, press releases, surveys, etc, as well as write, copy-edit, proofread or adapt other assets in order to reach a global audience
• Work on proprietary style guides and glossaries, defining specific wording standards for each text-type in cooperation with, besides team members, a lot of other professionals across the company
• Create, maintain and improve content for all of Babbel’s products and channels

You are:

• A talented and versatile marketing copywriter who relentlessly strives for great copy
• A creative storyteller with superior communication, writing and editing skills in Spanish
• A native-level Spanish speaker
• A language enthusiast and high-level thinker with hands-on attitude.
• A problem solver with marketing chops and a keen understanding of digital communication strategy
• Pragmatic, proactive, well organized and highly collaborative
• Specialized in writing copy across social and digital marketing channels for different audiences and purposes
• Experienced working with evolving brand guidelines and systems
• A strategic thinker, able to see an idea through from concept to execution
• A comfortable communicator, reliable with time and project management

You have:

• 3+ years of experience writing copy for digital marketing channels with a focus on acquisition and retention (Paid Social, SEM, ASO, CRM)
• Experience in working with content for web and/or mobile experiences
• Knowledge about creating SEO-optimized content is a plus
• Additional languages (and the ability to transcreate copy from those languages) are a strong plus
