  • Senior Learning & Development Manager (18-month replacement)

    We are seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Learning & Development Manager to join our team, helping us to design and implement innovative learning strategies that align with our organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth while emphasizing impact, pragmatism, accountability, and collaboration.

    You will:

    • Lead the design and implementation of talent management processes that focus on fair performance assessments and inspire employee growth.
    • Enhance our L&D processes to reflect market trends and our company's unique needs, with a focus on accountability and effectiveness.
    • Develop tailored learning experiences that engage diverse groups and ensure practical application.
    • Drive cultural change initiatives that align with our core values and strategic goals.
    • Implement efficient, customer-centric L&D practices using automation to improve learner satisfaction.
    • Design and facilitate internal training with a focus on collaborative learning.
    • Collaborate on leadership development and integrate core values into learning strategies.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine L&D strategies and ensure decisions are impact-focused.

    You bring:

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management processes that drive employee engagement and performance, with a focus on measurable impact.
    • A strong track record in supporting and managing cultural change initiatives within an organization, emphasizing collaboration and accountability.
    • Deep knowledge of current L&D methods and trends, including e-learning, mentoring, and others.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve learning outcomes.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster a collaborative environment.
    • A passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal development within the organization, with a pragmatic approach to achieving results.
