Full-time Global Finance Operations Internship

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our team at BABLE Smart Cities on a full-time basis for at least 6 months. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in finance operations while working in a dynamic and international environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance, be detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.

Tasks

As a finance intern, you will support in:

• Day-to-day financial operations, including but not limited to:
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Expense tracking and reimbursement processing
• Financial data entry and reconciliation
• Assisting with financial reports and analysis
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Strong Excel and data management skills: The ability to manipulate and analyse large amounts of financial data using Excel is important.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills: The ability to analyse and create financial data and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Preferably knowledge / experience in Power BI (or similar tool)

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, accounting, or a related field. The possibility to sign a university agreement is a
• Strong interest in finance and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
• English language is a must (spoken and written). German and/or Spanish would be highly desirable.
• Previous experience in similar roles would be an added value.
