Tasks

We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented Growth Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a digital generalist who excels at analytical thinking to uncover opportunities, has a talent in digital funnel operations, and can balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs
Operate and optimize performance of digital marketing channels (top & bottom-funnel)
Develop, execute, and manage growth strategies to drive customer acquisition
Identify and analyze key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives
Create and manage a growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort

Requirements

You have minimum 3 years experience in Growth Marketing
You have a proficient understanding of digital marketing funnels and social media platforms (SEO and SEM are useful but not required)
You are familiar with CRM software and data analysis tools
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You are familiar with the Startup, Innovation and Future of Work industry
You are hands-on, take ownership fast, and operate independently
You have excellent project management and team communication skills
You come with good vibes and nurture great (external) relationships
You speak and write in native-level English
You have a Bachelor or Masters degree
