Tasks

We are looking to hire a Program Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our grant-based impact and entrepreneurship programs while shaping and nurturing the communities around them. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the multifaceted responsibilities of program design and execution.

Manage end-to-end Entrepreneurship Programs within our Startup Hub, including program planning, operations, logistics, workshop design and facilitation, participant experience management, administration, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with the Program Team to co-design program agendas, formats, and curriculum.
Scout and engage with startups and partners that align with relevant programs.
Manage network outreach to nurture the ecosystem of external partners, including top advisors, coaches, mentors, partner hubs, investors, and more.
Create and deliver engaging events and activities for the Startup Hub Community.
Execute grant administration with the support of other team members.

Requirements

You have 2+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
You are familiar with the Startup, Impact and DEI industry
You are hands-on, take ownership fast, and operate independently
You have excellent project management and team communication skills
You come with good vibes and nurture great (external) relationships
You are fluent in English, German is a plus
You have a Bachelor's or Masters's degree
