Our BIA Program Designers partner with an amazing network of free coaches to deliver a variety of programs - from 1-day training workshop to 2-year startup program.

Tasks

About The Job

We are looking to hire an excellent Communicator who can shape our messaging, develop partnerships, and operate our marketing communication channels. As a small team, we are looking for someone capable of strategic work and operational execution.

Develop our messaging across BIA, HelloCircle, and the Startup Hub
Create a content strategy and roadmap, incl. articles, videos, events
Produce content and operate our channels, mainly CRM, LinkedIN, Instagram
Manage creative briefs and external services: designer, video editor etc.
Develop partnerships with media and community players

Requirements

About You

You have minimum 5 years experience in Communication, PR, Marketing
You are an excellent Communicator with experience with Social Content Campaigns
You are familiar with the Startup, Innovation and Future of Work industry
You are hands-on, take ownership fast, and operate independently
You have excellent project management and team communication skills
You come with good vibes and nurture great (external) relationships
You speak and write in native-level English
You have a Bachelor or Masters degree
