(ClimateX) Startup Hub: Creating startup programs for cities and corporations.

Tasks

We are looking to hire a Senior Program Management professional who can shape and manage our Startup Hub - diving deep into our grant-based Accelerator and shaping our vision and agenda for new initiatives. As a small team, we are looking for someone capable of both strategic program work as well as operational grant administration in German.

Co-create our agenda across Accelerator, Community and Corporate Programs
Develop partnerships with startup hubs, investors, academia, institutes, communities
Manage Startup Hub Program, incl. working with startup founders and external partners
Execute grant administration, incl. grant accounting and reporting
Discover new project opportunities and co-produce innovative program proposals

Requirements

You have minimum 5 years of experience in Startup Hubs or Impact Programs
You are experienced in grant management in Germany (Fördermittelmanagement)
You are familiar with the Startup, Impact and DEI industry
You are hands-on, take ownership fast, and operate independently
You have excellent project management and team communication skills
You come with good vibes and nurture great (external) relationships
You speak and write in native-level German, and you are fluent in English
You have a Bachelor or Masters degree
