    Tasks

    We are searching for a dynamic, hands-on Product Owner to join GLS Studio and contribute to the TrustCourier product suite. This role is a blend of operational management and product ownership, where you will bridge the gap between GLS’s security team, depot employees, and development teams. You will focus on understanding complex logistics requirements, transforming them into actionable developer tasks, and prioritizing them effectively.

    • Collecting feedback from depots and security teams and transforming it into actionable tasks for developers.
    • Prioritizing the backlog for Fraud-Watcher and Reclamation Radar, aligning it with strategic objectives.
    • Supporting the rollout of the Reclamation Radar MVP and ensuring user adoption.
    • Assisting with product testing and streamlining Release-Processes / Communication

    Requirements

    • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and initial experience in product ownership.
    • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of development activities and terminology for web applications, as well as familiarity with tools like Jira/Linear, Confluence/Notion, or other backlog management systems.
    • A hands-on approach with a proactive mindset, driven by a passion for new challenges and innovation.
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to break down and simplify complex processes.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills in both German and English.

    • Experience in Logistics or Operations: Familiarity with logistics workflows or depot operations is a plus.
    • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics and incorporate insights into decision-making.
    • Proactive Problem Solver: A knack for identifying gaps and proposing creative, scalable solutions.
    • Stakeholder Management: Confidence in collaborating with diverse teams, including developers, operational staff, and leadership.
