  • Why Beyond Presence?

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Talent Acquisition working student to support our core People Ops team. This part-time position offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR functions. If you are passionate about people and eager to learn the ins and outs of HR, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The ideal collaborator excels in startup environments, is adept at prioritizing tasks independently, and embraces calculated risks. We’re on a fast-paced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to accompany us on the journey — we’re looking for trailblazers.

What You Should Include in Your Application:

Now you may wonder what frameworks, tools, and languages you need to master. We believe that problem-solving, creativity, and drive are more important than tools that can be picked up. However, the following references will give a guideline of what experiences we think might be helpful.

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with LinkedIn and other job boards is a plus.
    • Previous work in a fast pace work environment, e.g., high growth startup, consulting, investment banking
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. German language is a plus.
Don’t hesitate to apply, even if you don’t fulfill some of these requirements. Hard skills are secondary to being open-minded and a fast learner.
    How to apply?

Apart from the people, our culture, and mission, we offer you a workplace with top-tier compensation and a high level of personal responsibility. It's important for us to create an environment in which you can grow professionally and personally.

    • Your office: We embrace an office culture, and all our employees enjoy coming to our office within the Meta building in Munich. However, you also have the flexibility to work remotely at times. Our guideline is 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days working from home.
    • Your setup: Choose your preferred equipment and work environment – whether it's Mac, Windows, or Linux. We want you to feel comfortable.
