  • Your responsibilities

    We are looking for a driven Founder’s Associate who quickly learns and thrives in the challenging environment of an early-stage startup. You will help our founders in daily operational tasks in various domains

    • Working hand-in-hand with the founders on the most pressing agenda(s) of the company
    • Focus on growth and operations initially. For example:
      • Building the GTM playbook (testing out growth channels, finding language market fit, etc.)
      • Building a outreach playbook for Sales & Talent sourcing & testing various approaches
      • Keeping an eye on our burn, adjusting the hiring strategy accordingly, and assisting in preparing docs for accounting.
      • Marketing & Growth: Build our B2B brand, performance and content marketing from the ground up
    • Have full ownership of your areas of responsibility, with support & coaching from the founders.

    Now you may wonder what frameworks, tools, and languages you need to master. We believe that problem-solving, creativity, and drive are more important than tools that can be picked up. However, the following references will give a guideline of what experiences we think might be helpful.


    • It is ideal for someone who wants to found in the future, to be able to learn from our experienced founders.
    • You’re a hands on person with an entrepreneurial spirit - are motivated and like to take ownership
    • Previous work in a fast pace work environment, e.g., high growth startup, consulting, investment banking
    • You can communicate well and clearly, German language is a plus.
    Don’t hesitate to apply, even if you don’t fulfill some of these requirements. Hard skills are secondary to being open-minded and a fast learner.
