  • Your Job

Bigpoint is looking for an Associate QA Tester (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team! If you’re passionate about gaming, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy identifying (and fixing) issues before players even notice them, this role is for you.

In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our games and updates are bug-free, stable, and enjoyable before they’re released to the public. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and fellow QA testers to uphold our high standards and ensure our games run smoothly.

Work in the way that suits you best! Whether you prefer working from our modern Hamburg offices, a hybrid setup, or fully remotely, we offer flexible work options (just be sure you’re based in Germany). If you're ready to make a real impact in the gaming industry, we’d love to hear from you!

    team.
    • Create and maintain test documentation to ensure our QA processes are topnotch.
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure issues are fixed before launch.
    • Regression testing – because fixing one bug shouldn’t create five new ones!
Contribute to process improvements and bring fresh ideas to the QA team.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of QA experience in the gaming industry (experience in web and mobile
    game testing is a plus!).

    • A deep passion for video games with a comprehensive knowledge of various genres
    and platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) – fluency in English is
    essential.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Bonus points: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a gaming-related field.

    • Entertain millions of players with high-quality games, disrupt the markets with new multiplayer ideas in multiple different genres and tech projects
