Your mission
This position is for full-time students, maximum 20 hours per week (except during vacation periods). You will be working with the IT department.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Develop, maintain and document the company IT infrastructure (hardware and software, in-house and cloud-based)
- Solve IT incidents
- Manage IT contractors
- Continuously improving application and system monitoring, log analysis, and metrics
Your profile
- Basic experience with Microsoft and *nix based operating systems
- Experience with cloud operation tools (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with server hosting (managed / unmanaged)
- Experience with running and maintaining databases
- Knowledge in Information security & service management
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization (VMWare)
- Language skills: minimum English: C1, German: C2
