Working Student Procurement (m/f/d)

In this role as a working student, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in real-life situations within the exciting world of 3D printing! You will acquire valuable skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Additionally, you can build your professional network, which will advance your future career. This position is intended for students, and the working hours are 20 hours per week (typically spread over 3 office days). Remote work is not available for this position.

• You support the Purchasing and Logistics departments in their daily operations
• This includes entering, checking, and administratively processing orders and deliveries
• You verify incoming invoices and delivery notes for accuracy
• You assist with larger projects and initiatives in Purchasing and Logistics and independently handle smaller areas of responsibility
• You act as a point of contact for internal colleagues (e.g., when processing incoming goods or shipments) and external suppliers (e.g., when tracking orders or deliveries)

• You are studying Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have a basic understanding of technical concepts
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel
• You are a team player and know how to organize yourself
• You are capable of working independently (after the training period) and have a hands-on mentality
• You are fluent in German and have good English skills
• You are enrolled for at least 2 semesters and are available for 20 hours per week, likely on 3 days of the week
